what type of therapy?

I hold a special focus on marriages and couples with extensive training in relationship counseling, and am trained through Level Three of Gottman marriage therapy, considered the gold-standard in researched and effective relationship counseling. Additional education from the Gottman Institute includes Affair Recovery and Bringing Baby Home training.

For individuals and couples, I practice person-centered psychotherapy. I also practice Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy for individuals. In a compassionate, non-judgmental space, you'll find support to explore your feelings, gain clarity, and uncover your strengths. This approach focuses on you - your unique goals, experiences, and potential.

I understand that getting started with this kind of work can be overwhelming, and a bit nerve-wracking, so brief, 15-minute phone consultations are available for new clients, as scheduling allows. The aim of these calls is to determine, for both of us, the best fit for your needs. Click here to book a complimentary consultation call.
